Vanessa is an OT, CHT and Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the AHTA) with over 29 years of experience in the Public and Private sector in Australia, Canada and USA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (OT) in 1988, and completed her Master of Science in Hand & Upper Limb Rehabilitation in 2000. She has been a university lecturer and has presented research papers in Australia and Internationally. Vanessa has worked in private practice in Sydney for the past 18 years and has a special interest in wrist injuries. She is the Australian Distributor of the WristWidget splint and has had an involvement in its development over the past 7 years. She has continued her interest in sourcing and providing unique hand therapy products to the Australian market with the launch of her E-commerce store GRIP in 2016.
